Through this Website, Luxeraa offers original merchandise including apparel, accessories, and Jewelry products for sale to customers across globally. Your access and use of this Website is governed by these Terms & Conditions along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Payment Policy and any other policy published on the Website from time to time.

Delivery timelines mentioned on the Website are estimates only and not guarantees. Luxeraa shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, incorrect address information, or events beyond reasonable control.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Luxeraa does not offer return unless stated otherwise
Customers may request exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery subject to the Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact. Customized, personalized, or altered products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
