Fashion, Lifestyle & Brand Operations Intern
Location: Baner, Pune
Type: Full-time Internship Duration: 3 Months
At Luxeraa, we are building a premium women’s fashion platform that blends design, storytelling, and marketplace innovation. We are looking for a Fashion, Lifestyle & Brand Operations Intern who can contribute across content, brand presence, and marketplace growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Brand Presence
○ Create engaging digital content for Luxeraa across social media platforms
○ Present and feature in brand content by styling and wearing Luxeraa pieces
○ Contribute to visual storytelling aligned with the brand’s premium identity
- Luxeraa Atelier (Manufacturing Division)
○ Work on incoming leads and support their conversion through brand communication
○ Assist in showcasing products and collections through content
- Marketplace & Brand Onboarding
○ Support onboarding of Luxeraa onto external platforms and marketplaces
○ Onboard and coordinate with other brands joining the Luxeraa marketplace
○ Ensure smooth listing and presentation of products across platforms
- Social Media & Planning
○ Assist in content planning and execution
○ Support day-to-day social media activities and engagement

- Confident and comfortable presenting in front of the camera
- Passionate about fashion, styling, and brand storytelling
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Interested in startups, fashion marketplaces, and brand building
Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Baner, Pune (Corporate Office)
- Workshop & operations based in Hinjewadi (subject to shift to Wakad)
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-driven Business Development Manager to lead Luxeraa’s expansion across India and international markets. This is a high-ownership, strategic role focused on scaling revenue, building partnerships, and unlocking new growth channels globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across India and international markets
- Lead expansion into key regions including the US, UK, Middle East, and emerging markets
- Build and manage partnerships with marketplaces, distributors, and retail players
- Scale D2C channels including website, marketplaces, and cross-border commerce
- Identify new revenue opportunities, market trends, and growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize business initiatives
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in business development (D2C, fashion, or e-commerce preferred)
- Experience in international expansion and cross-border e-commerce
- Strong understanding of Indian and global fashion markets
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
