Exchange Policy

At Luxeraa, we take great care to deliver premium-quality products. Due to the exclusive nature of our collection, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are allowed for items of the same or higher value.

Exchange Policy: You may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery for a product of equal or higher value. The price difference (if any) must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Damaged / Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours with your order number, photos, and issue details. Upon verification, a replacement or exchange will be arranged.

Incorrect Orders: For wrong or incomplete orders, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly correct the issue.

Shipping Responsibility: Luxeraa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after dispatch.

Shipping Fees: Non-refundable. In valid exchange or replacement cases, Luxeraa will cover the return shipping costs.
