Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of orders only before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Luxeraa Lables LLP (Luxeraa) reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or logistical limitations.

Refunds on Cancellation

Where cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

No cash refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

Right to Cancel

Luxeraa retains absolute discretion to cancel orders that violate terms of use, involve suspicious activity, or fail payment verification checks.
