Customer Support

Customers may raise complaints by emailing sales@luxeraa.com with order details and description of the issue.

Resolution Timeline

All grievances will be acknowledged within 72 hours and resolved within 10-15 business days where feasible.

Escalation

If unsatisfied with initial response, customers may request escalation to the Grievance Officer of Luxeraa Lables LLP.

Jurisdiction

All grievance matters are subject to laws of India and jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra
